John was the only person who helped me...all others, including Dennis seemed uninterested in assisting us. There was no record or our appointment when we arrived. Dropped off the car at 9:30 and had to call at 4:10 to see if it was ready. It need two turning signal bulbs replaced....$147.00! When we got home we realized that our Handicapped placard was missing! I called Dennis and haven't heard back yet! Very bad experience. We have been loyal customers of Victory Chev since the 1970's and have purchased two Silverados, 4 Impalas and have had all of our vehicles serviced there. It was disorganized and not friendly. Had to wait on-hold for at least 10 minutes each time I called. Questioning our future at Victory. Sorry.

Although it took a long time to get an appointment, when I brought in the vehicle, the work was done promptly, even considering parts were sourced out of state. Very happy.

My experience at Victory Chevrolet, was very positive. I had set up an appointment with Victor Ramirez via phone and when I arrived, the vehicle I was interested on was been cleaned for me to test drive. Victor was extremely informative about the vehicle and provided me with all kind of valuable information. Even when I met Martin their loan officer(?), we arrived at an agreeable amount to both parties for the vehicle very quickly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The prices for service are a bit high. Basic oil change and tire rotation after labor and parts was 130.00. I’ll pay that due to the quality of service and knowledge that the job is done correctly.

Well, I code for something related with fuel line was wrong and I know because I have a scanner they didn’t any problems and the only thing they change was a the fuel filter an try to raise some codes or something and they call me to come and grab my pick up and come back in a week and hopefully what was left to delete on the system got delete so will see, but I got charge for a job the didn’t really do anything because they didn’t change nothing and right now they are just guessing what problem is, hopefully the 900 they charge me to look on some sensors the a check my self tge know they wore ok was not a waste a time and money

Fernando, the Service Agent, went out of his way to adjust to my schedule. He is much of the reason that I schedule my services at Victory Chevrolet. He goes out of his way to answer all my questions and offers good suggestions regarding future needs.

The rating would have been a 10 but after a $7,600+ service and repair, I received the truck un-washed and very dusty from 3 weeks of repair shop activity. After the expense, a cleaning would have been greatly appreciated.

Appointment on time for acceptance of car for service and early for it’s return. Car’s service mgr helpful. When driving home car’s Message Center shows oil level at 100% but when pushing button on end of left steering wheel stick to eliminate message nothing happened. Can I elimate message or do I need another appointment to correct?
